Baked stuffed fillet of lemon sole with tarragon and chilli butter

Pan-fried breast of Gressingham duck, vanilla mash, confit of vegetables and a Madeira sauce

Honey glazed Swale Dale goat’s cheese with toasted hazel nuts and confit tomatoes (V)

Herb crusted rump of lamb with puree parsnip and red wine jus.

Vanilla pannacotta with blackberries and honey

Hot chocolate fondant with clotted cream and mixed berry sauce
